Who WE ARE.

We are a group of Veterans and medical device executives who have a passion for serving those who serve.  Our goal is to hire Veterans and military spouses to create partnerships with those who provide medical technology, supplies and solutions to the government.

ANN HOLDER | President

is a Medical Device Executive with a rich background in sales, marketing, finance and operations.  Ann began her career in the US Army after graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  She comes from a long lineage of military service, married a fellow Army officer, and currently has 3 children serving in the Army.

In healthcare, Ann worked for Medtronic in a variety of roles in sales, finance and business development and was an executive at a start-up. Most recently she has been helping companies commercialize in the U.S. while focused on developing fetal monitoring technology with the Mayo Clinic.

Prior to Ann's career in healthcare, Ann worked in the consumer goods industry and in telecommunications for General Mills, Mars Inc, Pepsi and ADC in engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain and logistics.  


Mike Tetu | Vice President, Sales

spent 28 years as an Army helicopter pilot and artillery officer.  From Fort Riley to Iraq to the Pentagon, Mike led organizations from six to 700+ soldiers and civilian employees.  Since 2015, he led company operations, business development, and investor relations for two Kansas City family-owned businesses.  Mike established relationships with global entities like Uber while expanding business operations across the eastern United States.

Mike is also a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds an International MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid. His passions for helping people, building lasting relationships, and "anything international" bring great energy to our sales team. Mike lives in Kansas City with his lacrosse family of Alex, Will, and Rose.

ROB HOLDER | Corporate Coach and Operations

is a former artillery officer who brings a unique perspective to B2H.  A rugby coach by profession, Rob champions winning with integrity on the playing field and in life.  As a 4-time rugby National Champion player and coach, Rob specializes in helping athletes from other traditional American sports transition to the international sport of rugby.  Rob is taking his experience with cross-over athletes and using it to help military professionals cross-over to the business world.  

Rob is the President and Founder of Spearhead Rugby Academy, a non-profit program that helps at-risk youth parlay success in sport to success in life.  Prior to becoming a non-profit executive and coach, Rob worked primarily in supply chain leadership with Pepsico and McMaster Carr Supply Company. 

Rob is also a graduate of the United States Military Academy where he commissioned as an artillery officer and served in Germany and in the Gulf War.  Rob and his wife, Ann, live in Minnesota where they spend as much time as possible outdoors on the water, supporting their youngest daughter's many school and sporting events, or chasing down their older "kids" (now adults) as they grow their new careers in the Army.


SHANNON GRONEMEYER |  ADVISOR 

Shannon’s corporate experience includes global executive leadership roles in sales, channel management, and customer experience where he contributed to enterprise wide transformation efforts such as operational effectiveness, continuous process improvement and customer facing technology deployments.

His business passion is to develop customer centricitc and continuous improvement cultures that consistently strive to increase the value provided to customers.   Shannon’s preferred approach is to leverage insights collected from customers to determine what necessary improvements are valued, and will lead to higher satisfaction, loyalty and raving fans. He believes that deep and intimate customer relationships are the only sustainable competitive differentiator.

Shannon has led global organizations responsible for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Operations and Channel Relationship Management.  He is also the CEO of Customer Centered Strategies (CCS), a professional service firm that helps its clients create happy customers that grow their businesses by pinpointing what customers value most in order to quickly drive changes that improves customers experience and bottom line performance.

 Shannon holds both a B.A. and M.B.A from the University of Northern Iowa & specializes in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Customer Facing Technology Deployments, Business process improvement, and Channel Management.
